Hello aspirant. You have scored well in EAMCET. 28000 is a good rank to get any core branch. But for CSE department, we all know it has highest cut off. You may get CSE if the cut offs drop from the last year for a few thousands. Otherwise if we go by trends it is not possible. You may get any other core branches (if we go by trends of previous years) like IT.
