my entrance exam is today they did send any link to me in mail

You have not mentioned the name of entrance exam you are talking about, so i recommend you to tell us the name of the exam in the comment section or new question so that we can help you properly.
Now see, since today is is your exam and you have not get the link yet then i strongly recommend you to call on the helpline number you have been given to avoid any panic.
Maybe they might be sending linking just before the start of examination today but this thing will be also clear if you contact the officials, and see we cannot live in this hope, because in general link should be given a day earlier before the exam.
