My estimated gate2019 mark is 49 and gate score is around 600. Which Clg and which course is best for M tech in civil engineering

A good score is a relative thing and much depends on the person and his ambitions. However, M.tech below NIT level is not recommended and IITs and NITs are already one level below for m.tech courses as compared to the b.tech in these colleges.
For NITs, you need 3235 marks minimum or score around 450 to get a course in decent NITs as far as civil engineering is concerned. 3235 marks is the minimum thing, the more the marks, more the score and better the NIT or IIT you can get. Top NITs like Warangal, Surathkal, Trichy, Allahabad etc beat even some of the lower ranked IITs in their GATE cutoff requirement.

If i preferred NIT then in which order should i give preference?? Means which nit is good for civil in rank wise?? Top 5 or 7

dear aspirant,
as per your result you may have chance to get NITS ,the cutoff results are not out still so you have to wait for the result first
