Hello Candidate!!
As you mentioned your rank of JEE Mains, more than 33000+ in EWS Category and asking for the seats in HBTU Kanpur.
I want to let you know that, you can get the seats in HBTU easily with your rank under EWS category, but sadly, you will get only lower branches like Biochemical Engineering, Paint, Oil And Leather Technology etc.

For getting better branches you should have scored little much more like rank under 25000, will surely give you Seats in the stream you want to get enrolled.

But instead of getting demotivated, You can Try for many other Good Colleges also and it will be better for your future results.
Under EWS, You will get reservation also in different Private Colleges also, so You can get good branches there according to your interest.

singhdheeraj2696 See you can get but not in direct admission, you have to apply for the JoSAA Counselling for it. Then you can get, Chemical or Electrical.
