yes it all depends on you state but this year in majour of the states you will get a seat in atleast 2 round of the counselling and you eve do not have to wait for mop up round.

According to MBBS cut off you got good marks and rank to get the MBBS government college.
You can't aspect very good government colleges top ranked, but yes chances of getting government college is high for you.
