My ews certificate does not has keam application number which was given in ews certificate form provided by Keam.will I get rejected?

The certificate must have the other details like your full name, and date of birth etc, which uniquely identify you as the person elligible to apply through the EWS category. So now, if it has the details, you won't face problems, but if it doesn't, you might. But clerical errors of that kind are uncommon, so I don't think you have to worry a lot about it. All the best!
