my ews certificate is issued on 22 feb 2022 . how to apply for jeeadv they are asking for ews certificate issued on april 1. which declaration form shoul I fill and where to submit

You need to upload your EWS certificate that should have been issued on or after April 1st, 2022, issued before this date would be considered as invalid.
If you don't have the same then you can upload the self declaration in lieu of original Gen-EWS certificate at the same place where it is asked to upload the EWS certificate. You can get the self declaration by copying the given link and visiting to it in your browser, then you have to take print of it and fill it up with all required signatures and then scan it and upload it :-

Note that you will have to submit your original EWS certificate issued on or after April 1st, 2022 at the time of admission.
Dates for JEE-Advance 2022 are out now and it will be conducted on August 28th, 2022 by IIT Bombay. For JEE-Advance 2022 the registration process has began from August 08, 2022(10:00 IST) and will continues till August 11, 2022(17:00 IST).

You can apply for JEE-Advance by following the given process :-
*** First of all you have to register yourself on the above given official site using your JEE-Main credentials.
*** Fill the required details and then proceed for uploading of documents.
*** Now upload the documents like class 10th certificate, class 12th marksheet and category certificate(if applicable).
*** Now proceed for payment of application fee for JEE-Advance 2022 which goes like :-
@Indian Nationals
- Female Candidates (all categories) :- 1400
- SC, ST, and PwD Candidates :- 1400
- All Other Candidates :- 2800
@Foreign Nationals (including PIO/OCI)
- Candidates Residing in SAARC Countries :- USD 75#
- Candidates Residing in Non-SAARC Countries :- USD 150#
*** Now submit the application form and take final print of it for future purposes.
