my ews certificate issued in feb2020 and my xam is over in 2019 and now time for document verification .is it my ews certificate is valid ?

see you did not mention the exam name, which has held on 2019, however if there is any mentioned of any particular date to issue the ews, then you should have to introduce the certificate as mentioned for document verification. due to covid 19 many of the examinations certification process has delayed and relaxations of dates has prescribed. however it would be best to contact with help desk for clarification of the certificates.
