My ews certificate issued on 06-04-2021 but the signature is not verified digitally is it valid or not?

No, if your category reservation certificate is not verified digitally then it will not be considered as valid but only in the case if it is issued digitally and if it is issued in offline mode then there is no need of verification of digital signature.
