Dear student,
Definitely you can apply for jee mains with this ews certificate. The ews certificate validity date means that if is eligible up till the year 2022-2023, the time when an ews certificate is issued, it is valid from that particular date only. It cannot be valid after 2 years, it should be valid instantly, so you can surely apply with that certificate.
