For general category with ews certificate, it is not possible to get a seat for 15k rank. Sorry to say but the chances are very low to get into any too Nit, or IIIt with this rank.

However you can try for the state level councelling and give all options for your state Nit, in that case you may have some chances.

You try for the private institutes which accept the jee main rank and provide admissions or you can appear for the next year exams.
