Hi,
According to cutoff your rank is very high for GFTIs with respect to your category. You have very low chances to get a seat in any GFTI with CS branch.
Your EWS rank should be under 1500 to get CSE in any GFTI.
Non EWS OPEN CANDIDATE need 96.5+ to get LOWER GFTIs.
In EWS if you don't have atleast 95.5 Percentile (crl 45–55k) then, you have almost no chance of getting any NIT’s.
But if you live (domicile) in ASSAM/ ARUNACHAL /SIKKIM/ GOA/jammu..etc then you have chance of getting a NIT. As these NIT have cuttofs in lakhs(CRL) for their state students .
But you have good rank for CSE in good private colleges. Try in best private colleges, still you have big opportunities.

Hope this information will help you.
All the best.
Hello Aspirant,
On such EWS rank you have very low chances for getting CSE in any of the GFTI because closing EWS ranks of last year were like :-
Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar - Computer Science and Engineering (9082)
Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) - Computer Science and Engineering (8978)
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology - Computer Science and Engineering (8391)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/GFTIs , so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for autonomous government colleges or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
