Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi conducts  JAC 2021 counselling in online mode.  The admission in based on All India Rank of the candidate. A  merit list is prepared by the admission authority. And the seat allotment will be done based on preferences of college/branch, merit rank of the candidate and availability of seats, etc. Candidates who will be allotted a seat need to download their provisional JAC Delhi allotment letter from the official website and must pay  Rs. 75,000 through online mode or through SBI Challan at any SBI Branch before going to report in the allotted college.

So EWS rank is not considered but CRL that is All India Rank is considered to prepare the merit list. Registration for JAC counselling will start in the last of week of May, 2021. To check the schedule and other important details please refer the given link
