my ews rank is 51344 but my percentile is 62.1732..what are best private or govt. colleges for which i am eligible for cse or it branch.?

see cutoff score changes year to year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix , choice of stream etc. right now In India computer science or Information technology is most demanding among undergraduates btech or engineering aspirant. as per the data analysis of previous years you have less chances in govt institute like nits, iiits or gftis at this rank.
however you may apply for amity university, srm institute, sastra university colleges for btech admission based on jee main score.
