Dear Student,
Usually it is not possible to change exam centre once it is allocated, but due to the current situation of 2020, provisions have been made to change exam centre under difficult circumstances.
Kindly follow the following steps :-
- Go to the JEE official website : jeemain.nta.nic.in
- Go to the application form correction link and click on it
- Once there, you will have to enter your JEE Main application form number and password
- Then click on sign in
- Following which go to "Correction in application form" and click on it
- You can read the given instructions, then click on "I Agree", then click on "Proceed for correction"
- Following which you have to select your new preferred cities
- After selection click on " I agree"
Students were allowed to choose the exam centres for JEE Advanced by choosing eight cities of their choice during the registration process for JEE Advanced 2020.
Out of the 8 selected choices, students were allocated centers for JEE Advanced. The allotment of seats were done by the authorities and it cannot be changed now.
Please try to visit the exam city a day before the exam so as to make yourself familiar and have no confusion.

Sorry to say but I do not think there is any possibility to change your examination centre for such a prestigious exam after the final submission. But you check their official site once again. As they already give options to choose the location that the student is comfortable with. I know it is a unfortunate situation but I would suggest if you can stay somewhere nearby the examination centre with your guardian till the examination then that could be a possible situation for you.

Yes , you can change the center . The National Testing Agency (NTA) has allowed candidates to make corrections in their particulars and choice of centre cities in the online application form of Joint Entrance Exam Main, or JEE Main 2020.
Steps to change the JEE center :
1. Go to the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in)
2. Click on the application form correction link.
3. Candidates will have to enter their JEEAdvanced /mains application form number and password.
4. Click on 'Sign In'
5. Go to 'Correction in Application Form'
6. The candidates had to select their new preferred cities.
7. Candidates had to click on all of the particulars and 'I agree'.
8. The final submission had to be done.

Iit Delhi had opened exam city changed facility from sep 16 to sep 17 for students who wish to choose exam city according to their ease. As jee advanced admit card is released there is no any chance now to change exam city . you have to give your exam at your alloted centre.
