My Expected DU JAT score is 60.7125 and in ranking it's in 4000. Is there any possibility to into DU with this score?

Hello Jai,
As per the previous year cutoff trends, the rank cutoffs for colleges which offer BMS ranged from around 1-714. It seems that you have very slim to no chances of getting admission with this score. If you end up scoring way, way better than that, then you might stand a chance. Don't lose hope, wait for the cutoffs, and keep a lookout for the other colleges to keep your options open.
