There are various parameters that are considered to determine the category rank such as total number of candidates appeared, marks scored by the candidates, highest score in the exam, least score in the exam, tie breakers and other such factors. So the category rank corresponding to the overall rank changes every year which means that we cannot predict the exact category rank. But you may expect your category rank to be in between 1500-4000. The rank after the results might be different from the predicted rank based on the factors discussed above.
