My expected marks is 200 - 220 in jee main ? But in board exam I have only secured 65% (Bihar state) . So what should I do ?

You won't get admission in NIT/IIT unless your boards percentage is more than 75% or you are in top 20 percentile of your board.
Bihar board will release it's top 20 percentile criteria.
Check the criteria if you are in that criteria or not.
If you are in that is very good if you are not.
There are various other colleges which takes admission through jee mains like Thapar college of engineering, amity Chandigarh University and many more colleges they will also give you 100% scholarship.

When Bihar board release it's top 20percentile

If you gave your board exam in 2018 then the top 20 percentile was 295 marks which means around 63%.
I have talked with friend who is from bihar and i have discussed that under any circumstances it won't cross the 65%.
He said 65% is enough for you to qualify for IITS/NITS.
So no need to fear.
