since you belong to ST category, at 200 marks definately you will get a seat in govt. medical colleges
in My opinion try for home state quota definately you will get a seat in mbbs in govt. medical college.
because in most of the states the marks required for getting a seat in ST category is between 250 to 180

As per previous year cut off analysis it is not possible with these marks to get a govt seat.Last year students scoring marks between 390-400 did not get any govt seat through NEET's 15% all india quota and also for state quota marks generally go around 320-400 , but you can and should always try for state quota
