Christian Medical College, Vellore is one of India's best medical college. It have about 100 seats in MBBS course out of which only 16 are available in all in quota open category and other seats are divided according to their own criterion. But as you told you are from UP for CMC you have to apply for AIQ counselling. But at your score there are almost no chances for you to get CMC. To get admission in this college you need to score above 650 in Neet UG exam. But at your score you can get seat in some other private medical colleges like:
