Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned that your expected score is around 450 marks and you are aiming for a government seat and you are from general category so let me tell you that it may be possible you can crack lower colleges to get a government seat.

But honestly that won't mean a much. I would say to go for good private college because it depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
