You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 480 ,it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges of you category is general or BC, both a and b under the state quota . But if you belong to BC b, last year a score of 452 secured a seat in SHKM GMC, Mehwat under the All India quota.
