Sorry to say but your score is just to low to get admission in DU or Chennai.. Anyways never mind you csnctry for a private medical college or you can prepare this year again and appear for Neet exam once again if you really wish to do MBBS. Work work work and you succeed some day.. Hope this helps. Good luck.
