Hello there,
Hope you are doing well,
According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC category required minimum 530-570+ marks in NEET for admission in MBBS in government colleges. With the score you have mentioned above there can be few chances of you to get admission in government college, although you can try in subsequent or mop up rounds. You can also try to get admission in semi government or private college there might be good chances of your admission. You should apply under state quota if you have domicile for the particular state, as per the student counselling 85% seats are reserved for state quota, this might increase chances of your admission. Here's a list of colleges where you can try to get admission :
Konaseema Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Foundation, Amalapuram
Katuri Medical College and Hospital, Guntur
GSL Medical College and General Hospital, Rajahmundry
Great Eastern Medical School and Hospital, Srikakulam
