You will not get medical seats in 15% All India Quota as you should have got 520+ for that...but you can get seat under 85% State Quota . I will help you with the colleges and their last year cut offs if you tell me your state or you can search about them yourself from the link given below :

Dear Sir/Ma'm, the score of 470 can fetch you an All India rank of about 33,000-35,000. You might not get a seat in the All India Quota counseling but however, you might get a seat in the third round or second round of counseling in the 85% state quota counseling.
