Firstly I would like to say the answer to this question is not possible as it totally depends on your state and no of candidates appeared for the exam.
As in states like Delhi scoring 600+ marks in NEET also won't get you Government seats in urbal or rural too due to High competition.
But on the other hand in some states they invite students with 500-510 marks in NEET due to lesser competition.
So I suggest you to try applying in government colleges.
