Dear medical aspirant, yes for 540+marks you may have chances to get seat in government medical colleges.Its difficult to predict accurate chances because cut off changes from year to year its based on no.of candidates applied,no.of seats available, paper toughness.
DGHS on behalf of MCC will give cut off for 15% All india quota seats,and remaining 85%will be under state government, will give the cut off and conduct counselling , admission process.
