my expected score is 560 from Delhi/Bihar state so what will be my chance of getting admission in MBBS through state as well as aiq in 2022?

Delhi /bihar are one of the most competitive state in medical seats in terms of NEET and it's cut off marks goes higher than AIQ counseling cut off marks.
In delhi state quota counseling cut off marks for Gen category candidates was 635 marks for NDMC,delhi after second round of counseling.
In Bihar state quota counseling cut off marks for Gen category was around 612 marks in govt medical College after round two.
While if you see AIQ counseling cutoff marks than it was around 600+ marks for Gen category after mop-up round counseling.
Your expected marks is low and it will be really hard for you to get govt MBBS college in AIQ, delhi or Bihar state counseling.
You can get good BAMS/BHMS govt college at your expected marks.
Also if you are looking for private medical colleges at low fees then you can try in Kerala State counseling you might get at this marks.
Also you can get top private/Deemed medical College at your expected marks. So you can try for those also if you want to study MBBS.

Since you have not mentioned your category, I m assuming you belong to general category. To be honest there are very thin chances of your's to get a government MBBS seat through AIQ counselling as well as state counselling. Bihar and Delhi are among one of those state whose cutoff are usually at par with AIQ cut off. They both are very competitive state because of the less number of colleges and more number of students.
It's quite tough to predict accurate cutoff but based upon the previous year trend the cut off for GMCs in Bihar would be around 605-615 for general category wheras in delhi it might be around 604- 611.
Though you can get yourself enrolled in any private medical College in Bihar and Delhi. You have a very high chances of getting into best ones. Here are the few options for you-
1- HIMSR New delhi
2-NMCH , Sasaram bihar
3- Katihar Medical College, Katihar
4-Mata Gujri memorial medical College and lions seva Kendra hospital , Kishanganj.
