If you live in a municipal area, your residential property should be less than 100 yards. And if you live in any other place other than a notified municipal area, your residential plot should be less than 200 sq.yards. 7 cents is approximately 338 square yards. 2 cents is approximately 98.6 sq. yards. Going by the residential lot where you want to construct the house, you are eligible for EWS Reservation. But with the rest of the 2 plots counting upto cents which is approximately more than 400 sq. yards, you might not qualify for EWS Reservation.
