My family income is less than 8 lakh per annum, My residential plot is only 675 sq. (Lesser than 1000 sq. feet) , I do not hold any agricultural property, my siblings are students and are not earning yet! I belong to General Too, Am I eligible for ews certificate?

The eligibility for the EWS Certificate is provided below-

  • 5 acres of agricultural land and above;
  • Residential area of 1000 sq ft. and above;
  • Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities;
  • Residential, plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
  • Family income not above Rs. 8lacs per annum

SO as per your specifics you are eligible for the EWS eligibility.
