My father and mother belongs to AP i studied outside upto 10th class and inter studying in AP. Can i eligibile for local seat.

Hello,
As your parents belong to Andhra Pradesh, your nativity will be of Andhra Pradesh. So you may apply for status of Andhra Pradesh. But you can get into local seat only if there exist any such seat. Without such seat you cannot apply and raise for objections against the seat.
