My father didn't complete B.com with 5 arrear. And I also didn't apply first graduate in TNEA registration. Am i eligible for applying that "first graduate"?, if "yes" how can i apply it if i already didn't apply it in TNEA registration?

Hii

First apply then go to vao office and say to follow it then after vao had sent the archives than go to office to say them to follow it and afterward to appointee tha lsildhar after u realize that record were shipped off him .I'm saying with my own case. I got my first graduation endorsement in quite a while along these lines
