Dear aspirant
To be eligible for the State quota in West Bengal MBBS/BDS 2022 , NEET aspirants or their parent/s must be domiciled in the State of West Bengal. Aspirants shall be required to download the domicile certificate proforma on the Counselling website wbmcc.nic.in and fill the relevant proforma out of the following three:
Proforma a1: Residential/ Domicile Certificate for candidates residing in the State of West Bengal continuously for at least 10 years
Proforma a2: Residential/ Domicile Certificate for candidates residing in the State of West Bengal continuously for at least 10 years, where the candidate has passed 10+2 examination from West Bengal
Proforma b: Residential/ Domicile Certificate for candidates NOT residing in the State of West Bengal continuously for at least 10 years, but whose parent/s are permanent resident/s of West Bengal and having their permanent home address in West Bengal, and living continuously for at least 10 years in West Bengal.
So if you want domicile certificate of West Bengal then either you or your parents must have been resident of west bengal then only you will get domicile certificate
