Abhishek, you haven't mentioned the Annual income. Nevertheless, if your father is a Government Teacher, then he is considered to be in Government Service. And so, his code of Occupation  will be "06". And then the list of income codes is as follows:

Upto 50,000Rs: 01

Rs.50001 - 1,00,000:  02

Rs.100001 - 200000:  03

Rs. 200001 - 500000: 04

Rs. 500001 - 650000: 05

Rs. 650001 - 800000: 06

Rs. 800001 and above: 07

This is annual income list. For more information, please visit the official information bulletin: https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/ShowPdf.aspx?Type
