My father is govt employee and i am living in andhra. i am planning to attend TS PGECET, as a non local candidate, will i get fee reimbursement in government universities if i get below 5000 rank.

You will not be eligible to claim fee reimbursement if your parent(s) is/are Government Employee(s) regardless of the rank you secured in TS PGECET. If you apply for TS PGECET you will be considered as General category candidates as you are Non-local candidate. It is quite difficult to get seat in Government University through TS PGECET under general category as the priority is given to the candidates who have qualified GATE. The leftover seats after the GATE qualified candidates are allotted will be considered for seat allotment for TS PGECET qualified candidates. So the chances are very less to get seat in Government Institute. You need to secure a rank under 50 to have good chances of getting seat in a Government Institute.
