Hello Safina,

Yes sure you can get admission at fee waiver seat. You should go for average rated colleges. Frankly telling you, All UPTU colleges are almost equal. It's all upto you. How you study in those 4 years, will decide your careers in engineering. So you can undoubtedly opt any average rated college like ABES, Ideal, PSIT, KIT Kanpur, Surya, BBD Lucknow, Accurate Greater Noida, United Engineering Colleges Allahabad, GNIOT Greater Noida. Etc.

namita,plz go for your eye check up first.i think ur eye does not work properly. In each and every site their is instruction that government servants are not eligible for fees waiver seat instead of this u are giving wrong information to sufina.now you are going to be chasmish namita kumari.BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!!
