Hello sufina,

Here the condition fot fee waiver seat.

For economically poor students their is fee waiver scheme by UP Government, according to that candidate whose family income isless than 6 lakh per yearwill come under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme. Every college have an additional5% seats for economically weaker students. So candidate are require to submit allrequired document ( certificate no.12 (Income Certificate) )related to fee waiver seat during UPTU AKTU UPSEE counselling 2016 process and verification of documents. This certificate no.12 is available in last pages of information brochure

Hope this helps.

Thank you.
