my father is subedar in army. Do i eligible for obc ncl certificate??? I know about 8 lakh criteria. but i read it somewhere that wards of army personnel above rank of Lt col are in creamy layer. does it mean i belong non creamy layer???

The rank below Lt.colonl is treated as non creamy layer in Army which has been published in the government Gazget. That published that in the Army the child of Army personnel whose rank below lieutenant colonel like Subedar is treated as NCL . As your father belongs to subhedar in the army then you will be treated as non creamy layer category.
