my father is subhedar in army . Am I eligible for NCL certificate as I belong to general category I.e OPEN ?

Dear Aspirant, you are not eligible for NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate as the applicant is eligible only if he/she belongs to the recognized community, i.e., must belong to the OBC (Other Backward Class) category.
