my father name is Anil Chandra Kapali but in my Date of Birth Certificate recorded as Anil ch. Kapali. is it create any problem during govt job varification or how to correct it?

Hello Kapil,
As your concern,most of the government job verification they will consider aadhar card information,10th grade sheet.But Date of Birth Certificate also plays important in some cases,So correct the Date Of Birth Certificate to Your Preferred name,The Correction process of Date Of Birth is as follows,
- Obtain Birth Certificate correction form from municipal corporation or from gram panchayat where you born.
- Obtain a Self declaration from local notary and approach the officer regarding change of name in birth certificate and make a affidavit(self declaration) on a non-judicial stamp paper of minimal and mention the reason for changing name.
- Fill the form and submit it to municipal corporation along with affidavit or certified copy with judge original signature.
