My father name is Babloo kumar but in adhar card it's Bablu Kumar by mistake then what should I do? in which document should I make the correction adhar card or marksheet? after 2 days i have to sign loc for class 12 registration so in that which father name should I keep the adhar one or markshet?

Since you have mentioned that your father's name's correct spelling is BABLOO KUMAR and it is writte in your marksheet.
The mistake in spelling is in Aadhar Card.
So I would advise you to go with the correct spelling name of your father and you must get your father's name on your Aadhar card corrected as soon as possible, though it will take few weeks to get corrected.
Meanwhile you can get an affidavit made stating that BABLOO KUMAR in your Marksheet and the BABLU KUMAR in Aadhar Card are the same person by paying few nominal charges. So that you can attach it as proof whenever necessary.
