My father retired as Government teacher at the age of 60, but then he later joined another school through a government scheme which employ retired teacher on contractual basis up to when they reach age 65. My father has pension account and get pension. what should I write in my father's occupation?

Hello,

You can write "Retired Government Teacher on Contractual Basis" or simply "Retired Government Teacher." This accurately reflects his previous occupation and current contractual employment status.  You will not face any issue if you write this as occupation.
