my father surname is choudhary in 10th and 12th but in graduation it is chaudhary what should I do

Normally the name of your father and mother are considered as per your class 10th certificate or marksheet. So, you need not to worry about this. These small discrepancies are not seen that much. If any further issues happen, tell them to check your class 10th and 12th certificates.
