As per the official UPSEE website, the candidate's father's income certificate must be issued after 1st April, 2019 to be considered for the reqiured category. If you have not been able to do so at the moment, kindly do it as soon as possible as you will be asked to represent the certificate at the time of counselling and reporting at the college. If you fail to do so, you will not be considered for the respective category.
