    my father's name in aadhar card is different from 10th mark sheet . what should i do?

    Hii,

    If your father's name is different in Aadhar card and 10th class marksheet then you should get it rectified. You can apply for rectification in Aadhar card in online mode through official website: uidai.gov.in.

    You should contact respective board officials for rectification in the marksheet of 10th board exams. If you have CBSE 10th exam marksheet then you should visit respective regional office to get your marksheet corrected by producing relevant documents.

    Making a change in adhaar is easy as compared to 10th standard marks sheet.

    Just pls tell me that will the name could change in the 10 th marksheet pls My problem is that my father's name in aadhar card is “SUNIL ” abd on my marksheet it is “SUNIL KUMAR ” pls provide me a solution I only have the option to change name in marksheet I can't change in aadhaar .Pls tell me can the name in my marksheet could change  ,,?  Pls

    Shubham Prajapati Yes you can but you have to go to the board office and they will declare a new result to you but it may take a few months and some money

    Hello.

    There is nothing to about it.

    You have to follow the practice of writing your father's name as it is in your tenth standard mark sheet because the same will appear on your 12th standard and graduation mark sheet and also on your degree unless you apply to change it on tenth standard mark sheet and Changing name on tenth mark sheet is possible but a cumbersome process, getting a bond from Zilla parishad and all.

    So easy and comfortable is to change your father's name on adhar card. Its possible and easy. There are many e-centres doing it.

    Have a check in your city about the e-centres and get it done.

    I have changed my birth date which was incompletely filled earlier.

    So nothing to worry about it.

    Its possible and easy to make a change in adhar card.

    Dear student,

    You seem to be in a confused situation. But there is nothing to worry about. Either you can change the spelling of your father's name in AADHAR card, by contacting the UIDAI website. Or you may contact your boards' office to correct the marksheet.

    But changing the name can take a month or more. Please tell me what to do??

    In case you need to give your father's name for filling up a form, give the correct spelling with the supportive document that have the correct spelling. Simultaneously, start the process of spelling correction. So, the corrected document will be in your hand by the time of your counselling in colleges.

    You first correct ADHAR and get a slip, it contains a Enrollment number, that is required for form filling NEET. I also an same situation.

    Thanks sirAnyways do u think that it will be a big problem if my father's name is different in aadhar card and 10th mark sheet??  will they reject my application form ?? What can be the consequences if my Father's name is different in aadhar and 10th mark sheet??Please reply sir

    Well actually that doesn't really cause a problem. All you need is to sit for the exam, and come out with a good rank. That's it!
