For most of the official purposes, the name (of the father/mother/ guardian)  as mentioned in Class 10th Board Results of the candidate is considered. So when you are providing you father's name, it should be same as that mentioned in your class 10th board results.
It is also suggested that you once check out the prospectus for tje application process of the exam carefully.

Such type of mismatches might be problematic as they are contradictory sometimes. But these type of problems can be avoided by proper communication with the authorities. If you have for instance deposited your documents for verification at some college or some other place like that and they arise some question on that then you have to talk to the authorities and explain them your condition.

As for the Aadhar card, there is a provision to change the details of it. You could apply for that. Hope this helps.
