My Father's name in my 10th and 12th marksheet is in like (R K Sharma) but in other documents full name is used (Ramesh Kumar Sharma). does it make any problem in future?

You can get an affidavit done stating that both the names belongs to your father and you can provide the same at the time of document verification if necessary. You need to fill your details such as your name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth as per the details in class 10th certificate. If you do so you will not face any problem.
