My father's name is different on my caste as well as caste validity certificate comparing with other documents.Will I face problem?

You might face difficulty in the document verification procedure, it depends on the official who is checking your documents, if is is careful enough then your admission might be at risk otherwise that is the other case when he doesn't check in properly then you might have an escape.
But if you have time then you should definitely apply for the correction.
