Sure it will be a problem as you will get the same in your results and rank card. That you will use during counselling time when the officials will do document verification. It depends if the officials will consider it or not. In general they might not consider it.

Write a mail to the board stating the mistake done in the admit card and verfiy the application form if you wrote it correctly or not. State it clearly. they will help you out for sure.

If you filled the form correctly and mistake is done from the board side then carry your application form with you and you can show that you did it correctly but there was a mistake from board.
