my father's surname is present in 10th marksheet and aadhar card but not in ration card would it effect when i apply for merit cum means scholarship first category food security card holder scholarship plzz reply

Yes, some times its matter and some times it's not. Because your 10th marksheet and certificate also have your full father name like first name and last name. So you can get adhar card alao like this. But your ration card have some problem. I think now days mainly Checking the adhar card always in every where. So no problem will occur. But you will correct your ration card dear.
